SRM University Delhi NCR, Sonepat has established Center of Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship (CIIE) for nurturing the young minds as innovators and entrepreneurs. CIIE is an MHRD approved Institute Innovation Cell (IC201912379). CIIE aims to emerge as a world class hub for promoting innovations and entrepreneurships that enables individuals towards establishing start-ups which in turn will support sustainable development. The centre strives towards playing a key role in nurturing the future leaders in the field of engineering, technology, science, management and law.

At CIIE we provide an atmosphere to the students for learning by doing on some of the most advanced technologies. Students are trained from the basic level of technologies to an advanced level by providing necessary technical support, space, monitoring, training, networking and other benefits. Students' project ideas are funded and are monitored at different levels based on their performance. Technical fests and project based competitions are held at campus level to promote the competitive spirit among the students. The selected students are encouraged to participate at national / state level competitions such as hackathons, innovation summits and such other events. These events render a firsthand experience in entrepreneurship, promotes innovative thinking and provides comprehensive and integrated range of support to the students' career. Furthermore, the Incubation Center also organizes technical competitions such as Science Olympiad for school and college students which facilitates innovative thinking among young learners.
